Returns & Custom Orders
- Made Specifically for You — Each rug is custom-made from the photo and specifications you provide.
- Change of Mind — Because custom products are made specifically for each order, we generally cannot accept returns simply because you change your mind.
- Damaged or Defective Orders — If your rug arrives damaged, defective, or has a significant production issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Design or Production Issues — If the finished rug has a significant issue that differs materially from the confirmed design or your order specifications, please contact our support team.
- What We Need — Please provide your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue so we can review it.
- Our Resolution — Depending on the situation, we may offer a remake, replacement.
- Order Changes & Cancellations — Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
