Welcome to Casa Furever. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Casa Furever website, casafurever.com (the "Site"), and your purchase of our products.

The Site is operated by WAN WAI TRADING LIMITED ("Casa Furever," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Hong Kong.

By accessing or using our Site, or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site or place an order.

1. Our Products

Casa Furever creates made-to-order pet products featuring personalized artwork based on photos submitted by customers.

Because our products are personalized and made specifically for each customer, the final appearance may vary slightly from the original photo due to differences in image quality, artistic interpretation, printing, materials, and production processes.

We will make reasonable efforts to reproduce the approved design as accurately as possible. Colors may also appear slightly different depending on your screen, device, and the finished product.

2. Personalization and Customer-Submitted Photos

You are responsible for providing accurate information and a suitable photo when customizing your order.

By uploading a photo or other content, you confirm that:

  • You have the right to use and submit the photo for the purpose of creating your personalized product.

  • Your submission does not knowingly infringe another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

  • Your submission does not contain unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, or otherwise prohibited content.

You authorize Casa Furever and our production and fulfillment partners to use your submitted photo solely as reasonably necessary to create, produce, fulfill, and provide customer support for your order.

We may decline to process an order if the submitted content is unlawful, inappropriate, technically unsuitable for production, or otherwise cannot reasonably be used to create the requested product.

3. Artwork Preview and Approval

Where a preview is provided, you are responsible for reviewing the preview and confirming that the personalization details are correct before production begins.

Once you approve your design, your order may enter production.

Because our products are made to order, changes may not be possible after production has started.

If you notice an error in your order or personalization information, please contact us as soon as possible at support@casafurever.com.

4. Orders and Order Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product.

After receiving your order, we may send an order confirmation by email. An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted for production.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including where:

  • Product or pricing information contains an obvious error.

  • The submitted content cannot be reasonably processed.

  • We suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

  • A product is unavailable or cannot be produced.

  • We are unable to fulfill the order for reasons outside our reasonable control.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will provide an appropriate refund for the canceled order.

5. Pricing

Prices displayed on the Site are shown in the currency indicated at checkout or on the relevant product page.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that pricing and product information on the Site is accurate. If an obvious pricing or product information error occurs, we may correct the error and, where appropriate, contact you before processing the order.

Any applicable taxes, duties, or other charges will be handled as described during checkout and in our Shipping Policy.

6. Payment

Payment must be successfully completed through the payment methods available at checkout before an order can be processed.

You authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method you provide for the total amount of your order.

We do not store complete payment card information on our own systems where payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers.

7. Production and Shipping

Our products are made to order.

Current estimated processing and shipping information is provided on our Shipping Policy and relevant product pages.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur because of production, carrier operations, customs, weather, holidays, incorrect address information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. Shipping Address

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing your order.

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address and the order cannot be delivered as a result, additional shipping or replacement costs may apply.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you discover an error in your shipping information.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Damaged Products

Because personalized products are made specifically for each customer, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other reasons unrelated to a product defect or fulfillment issue.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved design, please contact us at support@casafurever.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will review the situation and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, refund, or another reasonable resolution.

10. Customer Photo Privacy

We understand that photos of pets may be personal and meaningful to their owners.

Photos submitted for personalization are used as reasonably necessary to create and fulfill your order and provide related customer support.

We may share submitted photos with production or fulfillment partners when necessary to manufacture and deliver your order.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, photographs, product designs, artwork, layouts, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to WAN WAI TRADING LIMITED unless otherwise stated.

You may access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, license, or commercially exploit Site content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

12. Customer Content

You retain ownership of photos and other content that you submit to us.

By submitting content to Casa Furever, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive permission to use that content only as reasonably necessary to provide the products and services you requested, including creating artwork, manufacturing your order, fulfilling your order, and providing customer support.

We will not treat submission of a customer photo as an unrestricted transfer of ownership of that photo.

13. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Site or its services to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.

  • Submit content that infringes another person's rights.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or related systems.

  • Interfere with the operation or security of the Site.

  • Use the Site for fraudulent or deceptive purposes.

  • Upload malicious software or other harmful material.

  • Scrape, copy, or systematically reproduce Site content for unauthorized commercial purposes.

14. Third-Party Services

Our Site may use third-party services and technologies, including payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics providers, production partners, and other service providers.

These third parties may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for services that are operated independently by third parties, except to the extent required by applicable law.

15. Site Availability and Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Site and its information accurate and available. However, we do not guarantee that the Site will always be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or current.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Site or our services when reasonably necessary.

16. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and its content are provided on an "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that the Site will always be available, secure, or free from errors.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer rights or other rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Casa Furever will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

18. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless WAN WAI TRADING LIMITED, Casa Furever, and their service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Site or submitted content.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business practices, or applicable requirements.

The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to WAN WAI TRADING LIMITED and its operations, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to you in your country or region.
